OAT provides online educational programs in Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, English Language, Digital Literacy, and professional development.
Courses may include self-paced video lessons, live online sessions, quizzes, assignments, guided exercises, and practical projects.
Course-specific inclusions, prerequisites, schedules, and learning outcomes are described on the relevant course page.
3. Learner Accounts
Learners must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Accounts are intended for individual use unless otherwise authorized.
Unauthorized account sharing, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass platform security are prohibited.
4. Course Pricing
The standard price for an individual OAT course is AED 365, unless a different price is displayed before checkout.
The applicable price, taxes, optional fees, and included services will be disclosed before payment.
OAT may offer promotions, discounts, or different prices for special programs.
5. Payment Methods
OAT accepts supported payments through:
- Stripe online payment processing.
- Bank transfer.
- Cash payments, where offered and accepted by OAT.
Bank transfers and cash payments may require manual verification before course access is activated.
A course enrollment is confirmed when payment has been received and successfully verified.
Payment records and receipts will be maintained as required by applicable law.
6. Course Access
Standard course purchases include 365 consecutive calendar days of access beginning when the LMS enrollment is activated.
During this period, learners may access the purchased course materials through their registered accounts.
Access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to reasonable platform maintenance and security requirements.
Access does not automatically renew unless a separate renewal arrangement is explicitly offered and accepted.
7. Live and Self-Paced Courses
OAT offers self-paced and live online learning through its LMS.
Live online sessions may be delivered through Google Meet and accessed using course information, schedules, or links provided within the LMS.
Both live and self-paced courses are subject to the same standard course access and refund policies.
Course pages will identify whether live instruction is included, the applicable schedule, and the availability of recordings or instructor support.
Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and meeting published technical requirements.
If OAT materially fails to deliver a purchased service, applicable consumer remedies will be respected.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
OAT offers a voluntary 7-calendar-day refund request period for eligible course purchases.
The same standard policy applies to live and self-paced courses.
Refund eligibility, procedures, exceptions, and mandatory consumer rights are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Assessments and Certificates
Learners may be required to complete lessons, quizzes, assignments, or projects to qualify for an OAT completion certificate.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, OAT certificates are issued by OAT and are not equivalent to government qualifications, academic degrees, or official third-party certifications.
10. Career Outcomes
OAT aims to help learners build practical skills and improve professional readiness.
Course participation or completion does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, or success in professional certification examinations.
11. Intellectual Property
Original course materials, videos, assessments, graphics, and educational resources belong to Zaynly or their respective rights holders.
Learners receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased course materials for educational purposes during their authorized access period.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, copying, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
12. Learner Content
Learners retain ownership of their original assignments and projects.
By submitting materials, learners permit OAT to store, review, and assess those materials as necessary to provide educational services.
OAT will not publicly publish identifiable learner submissions for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
13. Acceptable Use
Users must not engage in harassment, plagiarism, assessment fraud, account sharing, unauthorized copying, security attacks, or unlawful use of the platform.
We may apply proportionate restrictions or suspensions in response to violations, subject to applicable law.
14. Technology Providers
OAT uses Hostinger for website and LMS hosting, Stripe for supported online payments, Google Workspace for communications, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Google Meet for live learning sessions.
Availability of these services may depend on third-party infrastructure and applicable provider terms.
15. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain reliable platform access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Where a material technical failure prevents delivery of a purchased course, we will provide appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable law.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OAT and Zaynly are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from platform use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, technological, or legal developments.
Material changes will be communicated where required.
Changes will not unlawfully remove rights associated with existing purchases.
